Going back to BetFred for this one, where I think Liverpool are good value for this game at 4/9. I think the Reds know they have to start producing at home, otherwise 4th place is in real doubt. With Liverpool out of the FA Cup, Rafa should stick his best team out, whilst 'Boro not only struggle on their travels, but will have one eye on their midweek replay.
Running balance: £1,283.54
Post script: Sadly, due to family commitments, I couldn't get down to the bookies to place this bet so I had to do it through Betfair. Needless to say I shit it a little when it went 3-2 and traded out. As a result I only made £35.15, but even after the final whistle I feel I made the right decision.

You should always trade out for a profit or no loss situation, i think this is the way to go i always do it, takes the stress out of it so you can relax and sit back.
Hope this helps
It's a difficult one, I've always been a bit old fashioned about trading in running, my thinking being that "I've chosen them to win over 90 minutes so why should I take a lesser profit?"
But the Liverpool v Wigan game showed that perhaps trading out for a no loss situation, maintaining a least 75% of your potential win is not a bad strategy to adopt.
