Post lost and weekend thoughts

Now its been over a day since my 1st blog reversal, and, whilst losing £100 is never nice, I can say that some fundamental lessons have been learnt:
1: Losing £100 cash seems ten times as painful losing it online, next time I hand over £100, I want to be pretty sure that I'll be seeing it coming back to me again
2: I was definetly betting too many fringe games just for the sake of it. I was actually looking at backing Red Star Belgrade tonight against a depleted Bolton, but following the Wednesday loss, that was put on the back burner (just as well because they lost!!)
3: My mentality towards future bets should be to protect the £100 stake money and get what I can on top, rather than sticking it out there on coin flip odds (a reference to the 10/11 that East Fife were when I backed them)

Regarding Saturday's games, I'm thinking of looking at Leeds again to put me back on track. Their win in midweek was every bit of convincing as Huddersfield's defeat. My only concern is that the match is somewhat of a local derby game, and they can be anything but straight forward. At 8/15 there's better value there, than taking on 1/7 Chelsea or 1/10 Man Utd.
